I am 18 and currently live in Illinois in my mother's house. I want to rent in Arkansas to be closer to my girlfriend.

its very easy i live in Arkansas all you have to do is move here and change your address and drivers license. i must warn you the weather is very unpredictable lol. i wish you and her the best good luck and GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!

Move there, deed one. Get your driver's license changed, as well as the registration of your vehicle.
You will become a resident immediately upon moving there, however, a voting resident after one full day...smiling.
