I think Scarlett Johannsen is the prettiest blonde actress in Hollywood today. You mentioned Reese Witherspoon and Uma Thurman. Reese is cute, but I don't think Uma is attractive at all. She looks manly I think. But I guess most guys wouldn't kick her out of bed.

Ok: Scarlett - overexposed, ok actress (if that has any bearing here)
Reese - slightly irritating, too squeaky clean.
Uma - ok, but...what's she been in this year?
Charlize Theron - thinks she's a "serious actress" since Monster.
There is no "This year's Marilyn Monroe" ... nor has there been any other year really...

I think Christina Aguilera is the most beautiful Hollywood blonde (I omitted the "actress" part of your question).
As for the most beautiful Hollywood blonde actress, I would have to say either Amy Smart (beautiful/cute girl next door look) or Ali Larter (beautiful, lean, athletic look). Also, Elisha Cuthbert is easy on the eyes.

Charlize Theron is really beautiful and a good actress. As far as being a 2007 Marilyn Monroe I don't know if anyone falls into that catagory. My opion.

I think that Kate Bosworth is very pretty, but way too skinny. She doesn't seem to have much upstairs either, but you didn't ask me who I thought was the most intelligent blonde. So my answer would be Kate Bosworth because although she is thin she fits right into the Hollywood types.
