You can to one based on the Monopoly game. Do a cost benefit analysis of property. For example, what % of money is recovered when property that you own, is landed on by another player and rent is payed to you. (How many times must this occer to get your money back that you paid to buy the property). You can do this with property with houses and hotels too. Figure this out and you can prove which property is worth buying and which is not, based on a return investment. Not every property will give you the same numbers. You have to see which is best.

make a pickle light
.just take a large pickle & a extension cord make a stand for the pickle,cut the ext cord then wrap loose wires around 2 nails(aluminum nails preferably) take nails stick one in one end of pickle & 1 in other end.then plug in cord & watch it glow.(have a adult present just in case)
