does someone know how to disable "websense"???

You won't be able to do that, Websense is a corporate filter that is implemented at the server level.
You must be a network admin to access these features.

As an ordinary user, you can't disable WebSense. Only the systems administrator can change the settings. Some doink will probably point you to a few proxies. Don't bother, WebSense blocks proxies as well.
