It's in Borehamwood, right next to Tesco; and the neighbours complain madly about the noise.
EastEnders is in Borehamwood, too.

No, they don't. The BB house is in the middle of a film and TV studio. If they played the real noises, all you'd here are the Eastenders cast doing their cockney best and the odd James Bond explosion.

The BB house is based in borehamwood, so you wouldnt hear anything from Eastenders, but I do think it is a recording they play

There may be a clue in the fact that when they show pictures of the garden, it's in broad daylight despite the fact that the sound cut is happening after sunset.
