charter change is being pursued by the people who have vested interests. it is giving more power to those who already have. let's say extension of term for the president to give her more chance to prolong the agony of the filipino people by executing laws and ordinances against the people's sake and interests.
charter change worsens the people's already miserable life.

Well I can conclude that charter is a persons being. there makeup. Charter flaws only can change if a person really wants to and seeks help in different areas to find it. Charter is formed in youth but we can even at a young age make decisions not to do certain things or try things to see if we get away with it . life is a multitude of decisions.
