I am a firm believer in PLENTY of vitamin D. A very good source of vitamin D is yogurt! When I was pregnant will all three of my children...I drank ALOT of milk and ate alot of yogurt! All three of my children a healthy and very strong! Vitamin D helps the brain...and builds the bones to make them stronger! I would also urge you to take in plenty of Vitamin D!!!

Fish, oysters, cheese, vitamin D milk, butter, cream, pudding that was prepared with whole vitamin D milk, cereal, eggs (vitamin D is in the yolk so don't remove it), liver, and beef.

Vitamin D is most commonly found in dairy products and in sunshine. You need it because it helps in the metabolism of calcium, as you are building a baby you need that alot.
