I've seen one shaped like a mobile phone...promoted at women.I think in this day and age I'm gonna get myself one I'd love to turn around to a potential rapist/mugger and say"dance you little f***er" whilst zapping him.

They hurt like hell, it feels like a giant ant bit you with it's massive jaws, and depending on the power rating, it could make you drop to your knees. It leaves a mark. If you ever zap someone, use a high power stun gun or make sure you can run faster than they can, cause once they get up they will come after you!!!

Apparently they don't work across the board- people wearing thick clothing may be unaffected. Also, if someone becomes paralysed and drops from standing, they may do themselves more serious harm on hitting the floor. I've heard of the police using them, but didn't hear they'd be legal for the public to use here.

Taser guns are not toys, there are cases where people have died from them. I would only use one in self defense and would try to talk my way out of trouble first.

bad idea. it's a cowardly tool that is often misused and doesn't work very well in a scrambling fight. plus it exposes to you a hefty lawsuit if it causes major injury. for women looking for a self-defense tool, bear spray is much more effective

i have never been hit with one but if i had one i would probably use it. you will start hearing many stories of people being hit by tasers over silly arguments

never have been but ive seen som1 and it hurt like hell
id shoot som1 if they broke into my house
bad idea to put them on the market because they could be used against people for the wrong reasons
