Someone gave me a piece of Italian cheese the other day and I forgot the name of it. It's white and very rich. It was amazing! I wish I could remember the name! I also love Swiss, Mozzarella and Feta.

ooh, so many I loooooooove cheese, I'll just sit down with a block of cheese and a knife and have that for a snack.

good, MOIST, mozzarella, not that dry, store brand stuff
nice sharp cheddar
monterey jack
cream cheese
gouda, especially smoked, nice and soft

Swiss. I like most everything Swiss - Swiss Cheese, Swiss Chocolate, Swiss landscapes, even the pro tennis player they call, "Little Swiss Miss" is fun to watch play.
