Legos, camel cash, sauce packets, a trial packet of "Wisk Dual Action" tablets, Christmas chocolates (thank you- because I looked, I now have dinner :D), lighters that don't work, a toothbrush, pipe cleaner, spool of thread, dominoes, playing cards, keys, an ear thermometer, picture hooks, packing popcorn, lighter fluid, replacement bulbs for Christmas lights, my contractor's license, low-voltage wire, and a ceiling fan owner's manual.
With a little ingenuity, I could build a small rocket ship with all this fun stuff!!

Besides the normal things that people have in a junk drawer...menu's, paper clips, tools, screws, bits and odds and ends from long ago projects, pens, fluff, matches, etc...the only thing that might be considered unusual is:
Some coasters from some pubs in Ireland
A few old wine corks
An emergency cigarette
And a "dinosaur" bone. Years ago, my daughter found an old chicken bone in our yard, came back into the house and said "I found a dinos'war'er bone!" And for some reason, when I just went and looked in my junk drawer...there it still was some 10 years later.

Depends on what you would think is unusual. Most people would consider the collection of kidney stones unusual. But I think the dismembered finger is a bit more odd than that. Where the hell did this thing come from? I know, you just posted this Q so I would check my junk drawer, and find the finger, didn't you? You're so silly! Ya got me this time, but I'm watching you.

Everything in my junk drawer is unusual, think of who you're asking!
No, really, let's see.....well, at home we have some pink bendable straws with pumpkins on them that my mother-in-law sent my daughter at Halloween......they just struck me as Odd, so they're sitting in the junk drawer.....

My junk drawer is in my kitchen. Mostly it contains tools, batteries, rubber bands, pill boxes, instruction booklets, old wallets, screws, nuts and bolts, glue, car chip paint.
Want me to go on? lol
I am sooooooo grateful that it's a big drawer....

Lately there has been a mouse in our house which has been sneaking into drawers and leaving little poopies behind, ,so I'll say "mouse poopies."
