Looking for a good place to go for dinner before my brother's bachelor party. I'm not from Miami, so any recommendations you can share are appreciated. Looking for a good place to go with the guys, but not a chain (unless its a place like Smith and Wollensky or the Palm).

My favorite Steak House in South Beach, Miami at the moment is Prime 112

Smith and Wollensky is also good, but Prime 112 is the hottest right now (and I do prefer the food there).

Another great option is "Porcao" at the Ford Ambassador in Brickell. For $40 you'll try about 30 different cuts of meat (Brazilian Style Rodizio), and the quality is amazing. If the guys are big meat eaters, this is definitely your call.

$40 won't get you very far at Prime...

the respond can selection in line with who's speaking and why. right that may no longer particular to FL. maximum folk call any property that has a million identify (legally a million piece of property; a million deed of possession) yet with 2 or extra residing instruments to be multi-kinfolk. in the actual property company the technical definition could properly be extra restrictive. a million-4 unit properties are all called residential. Any property this is 5 instruments of extra (returned a million identify deed) is named multi-kinfolk advertisement or transformations of that. Why the variation? a individual can acquire a proprietor occupied loan on a a million-4 unit construction even while they could purely occupy a million of the a hazard 4 instruments. it remains called an proprietor occupied property. If the construction is 5 instruments or extra (in spite of if the somewhat some 5 are no longer even residential in use) then the construction can no longer qualify for proprietor occupied financing as a generic place of abode. SFR - single kinfolk Residential. 2-4 unit residential. maximum place will call those a 'plex as in duplex, tri-plex, 4 or quad-plex. some places call a duplex a twin. be conscious that all and sundry instruments are residential in that individuals can stay there as a house. 5 unit or better - advertisement property. maybe multi-kinfolk residential inclusive of an condominium construction. or maybe a advertisement property that has diverse instruments that are in general or all used for company applications. no longer legal to be lived in may be assumed.

ok. I run Bachelor Parties in South Beach. Hands down you want to go to the Baires Grille on 6th Street. It has a private room which is perfect. you can see pictures on my blog if you scroll down to the Miami Shark Trip.
