You need your CCNA first. It's tough-ish though not impossible.

I'd hardly say that it's as easy as an A+ though. The exams might be an easy pass if you had 2 - 3 years of hands-on work experience with Cisco security hardware & software but it's not a simplistic exam like the A+ is.
