Having been around a wee bit, life has taught me much, but the greatest lesson I learned is that life isn't always fair and bad things do happen to good people.

Never take anything for granted like you said, plus be sure that everything happens for a reason, even if we can't see it. Never do others an injustice or take what is not yours, and be sure that God yomhil wa la yohmil. The latest lesson I have learned is never to judge and to be way more tolerant then I have been before. I have a special friend to thank for that latest lesson. :)

The most important lesson life has taught me is to trust in God and not in man.

So far, the greatest lesson has been: Trust your gut no matter what other people's opinions are about what you are or should be. Love other people, but be true to yourself.

There are many, but one is to always try to be nice people even if they are not being nice to you (there is a limit to this of course). One I consider the most important is that the more I learn the more I understand just how much I do not know.

That I better try all my best and have my pizza here and now rather than wait and hope that I'd eventually get more than my share later in the unknown life "after-life."

Life has taught me that I am a survivor, and that there is still hope even when it is so faint that you can barely find it, it is still there.

That ultimately the paradoxes of life make fools of us all and that if we would be wise we should study life’s paradoxes and confront our abject foolishness head on.

we always believe that life will start after this or that obstacle, that these are just trials and tribulations that we must overcome to get started on the real thing, but life IS these things.
