On my Motorola H500 Bluetooth I can not hear the beeping for a second incoming phone call, does anyone know?

The Bluetooth works fine in every sense except that when I am on the phone and there is another incoming call the beeping is either to soft to be heard or there is no beeping at all. I need to constantly keep my eyes on the phone for screen lights up when there is another incoming call. Is there anyway to adjust this, does anybody know? Thanks.

you should try turning on your calling waiting by going to setting, phone, scroll down till' you see call waiting on or off, if not call you phone company and they should be able to help you.
