One of the fun challenges about Yahoo! Answers is figuring out what the Asker is trying to ask. Sometimes that can be more difficult than actually answering the question that's supposed to be asked. But anyway, I think what you're asking about is Special Relativity, and you want to know what happens to time when one is travelling very fast, say through space. For the person who is standing still while watching the travelling spacecraft, the spacecraft's time will seem to have slowed down. However, to the occupants of the spacecraft, they don't notice any slowdown in time, because obviously they're slowed down too! If the spacecraft turns around and comes back to the person who was standing still, and they checked their clocks, the clock on the spacecraft will be behind, like showing 8 o'clock while the other one is showing 9 o'clock. This has been confirmed by experiment.

You may have heard of the twin paradox.that sends one twin on a fast journey and he comes back younger than his twin.
mathematics may bear this out to a certain degree but the crucial thing may be the speed of the traveler,88% of the speed off light.
This time anomaly may drop off to a negligible amount long before any substantial velocity could be attained,
Maybe it could be noticeable to a virus but not to a man.

As you go faster from the speed of light, time slows for you (as measured by someone standing still - you wouldn't notice time is going slower). At the speed of light, time stops for you. travel at near light speeds affects length and mass

well, if you travel through space and you keep a schedule and you're on time to your desitination, that would be on-time. Otherwise, you could be ahead of schedule or late. Pretty simple to answer...really, if you just thought about it.
