I'd go to Argos for that. They are good at giving refunds if electricial items break (just be sure you keep your receipt).

Argos have 2 Small/mini ovens with hob - 1st retails at £54 the 2nd retails at £100

I'm in the USA. If you have store like WalMart or Target (discount department/superstore) that sells toaster ovens you can try there. I bought one from WalMart a few months ago that cost $60 USD (~31 GBP/47 Euro).
