Alot of places won't let you just download it because it is a legal document. They also usually want to see your ID before they release it to you to make sure you are someone who is authorized to get the birth certificate (if you are trying to get the birth cert of a family member).

Check the website of the city they might let you request it online or download the forms to request it so you can mail or fax them in and then they will mail your birth ceritificate to you

Not the best to do this for legit Birth Certs. Best to get a post marked letter/package from a legitimate State agency

Get ahold of ( division of vital records) in the state you were born.That's the only way to get a legal one.To be legal you need a certified copy. They only cost about $6.00
