ok here it goes. whenever im at school i seem to be nervous. in some of my classes if im isolated with my friends im fine. but if im like in the front of the room,or the middle, or next to some hot chick, i start to go all nervous and i feel uncomfortable. sometimes im hungry when im nervous. please help me im in need of it. :-/

What you are describing has a name, stage fright. The only cure for it is to spend more time on the stage, in your case at the front of the room. As long as you avoid the places that give you anxiety your anxiousness will never leave you. MY advise: talk to the girl, move your set from the back of the room to at least the middle, then on to the front. Just sit there and be nevous, it will go away.

Your just not comfortable being center of attention, you must not be to confident in yourself, because from what I gathered you said you are fine if you are around nothing but your friends, but when placed before other people you get nervous, sounds like you are afraid other people don't like you....>.try not to worry so much about other people and what they think, just be yourself babe

It is social anxiety and also could be seperation anxiety not being with your friends..I have it too.though I am older now..I still go through it once in awhile..It will get better as you get older and you feel much more confident about yourself..Don't worry it will pass..good luck

Nothing is wrong with you. Eat before you go to school and relax. It is just your hormones. Take a deep breathe a realize your are a man.

It could be a cause of social anxiety, i go through that all the time...But there is something called cognitive behavioral therapy.....it teaches you how to relax on social situations....
