This is because you use burnt CD's. the burnt CD's do not perform as wel as a normal CD. the burnt CD's terminate the sound quality. You may hear it good on your PC but not in your Music player.

One method is that you must first copy the files to your PC from the CD then copy them to the itunes library then send it to your ipod. if the problem persists then dont use burnt CD's or you should have your ipod reset.

From what you've said, it could because the burnt CDs are low quality or damaged. When ripping files from a real CD (ie. one you buy from the store), is the quality still poor? If so, it may be a problem with your CD drive in your computer. You may also have the quality of ripped files turned down in iTunes. Make sure you check your settings and that the size is sufficiently high (I'd say 128mps or higher), or switch to apple lossless for ripping. Hope that helps!

There must be a problem with the Cd's. It is also possible that if you fix the sound settings it may work, Best of luck. ^!^

Hmm...Sounds strange. Copy them to your PC & then Edit the songs so that the quallity gets better & then load them to your iPod.
