Time is money, in the business world, so the more efficient you are the more work you can get done. What's the point of storing information if you can't get to it, or can't get to it easily?

If you store information sloppy, then you can't reopen the files. Efficently is to remove the files from your PC via a plug and play drive, thumb drive or a zip drive. The information is coded and even password protected once it is removed from the PC. Only you or the systems operator can retrieve that information.
