I have a problem opening websites. I get a message that the "page cannot be displayed".. If I try using refresh (sometime more than once), eventually the page opens. What causes this? Is it a "cookie" problem?

This is caused when your computer can't access the website. Without knowing all the details, it's tough to say whether it's your computer or the website that's the problem. Usually, though, it's the website -- the website is inaccessible because the server is down or has a poor connection. Unless you have a bad internet connection...then it might be your computer, but still, probably not. It's not a "cookie" problem.
