There should either be a upload option, which you then browse through your pictures on your computer. Or, you can host it on a picture hosting site such as www.photobucket.com
There, you do the same as above, then either use the "tag", or the "url", depending on the site. Usually, it is a tag that you will need.

there are many way to upload the photo to internet, some are like:
1. Via a provided browser upload system (like yahoo mail attachment style)
2. Upload at the Flicker like website and copy the image link to ur html scripts.
3. Upload via FTP (require ftp server access)
4. Upload via P2P (some web hosting provide this service)
6. Upload to a free file hosting website like megauploader

You might have to resize it.If that's the case then you have to find out what the most amount of size is for the website. If you have to download.com, and look for "Irfanview" download that, then go into Irfanview, then click on file then open, then find the picture your looking for and click on it.Then at the top click on image, then go down to Resize/Resample, then where it says
Set new size:go to width, and click in the box, set it to about 100 under whatever the websites picture size is, then save it to the desktop and go to the website and click browse, go to desktop then click on you picture and click open, then click upload, and it should work.
