In the workings don't forget to include the President - Aides, congressmen/women and their aides.Bodyguards. general security staff. administrators clerks.....
the list goes on and on and that's just for the White-house and Congress.
Expand it and include EVERYBODY employed and you have government to refuse collectors - law enforcement to lift technicians. Don't forget the Armed Forces and Peace-keeping forces as well as Coast Guard, Lifeguards blah blah blah - you get the picture

HOWEVER, the LARGEST Employer in the world has to be Augustus Gandolfini - He's gotta be about 28 stone!

Walmart with more than 1.5 mill. (private employer)
Indian Rail ways with 1.6 mill 47 percent ( in the world)
