What if the boy is 16 and the girl is 22 and your parents said that it would not matter as long as you are being protective.

Why would a 22 year old want to have sex with a 16 year old in the first place??, not a good thing and will only lead to problems.

Well first you really need to think about this, Why at this age would you want to have sex? i know i know thats what this world is about for most of teenagers now. But really boy are girl think about saving your self for the one that you will share your life with there is nothing wrong with being a virgin my daughter is 19 years old and still a virgin, Thats what she wants she believes in being a virgin when she marrys, As for it being illegal you can have sex with any one you want, but your parents can take action if they find out and believe me if a 22 year old try to get in my 16 year olds pants action would be what i would do.

depends on the law in your state...seems like the minimum age is usually 18 but check otherwise whoever the 22 yr old is can get arrested. personally i am 23 and i can't understand why a 22 yr old would want to be with a 16 yo....too immature for my tastes.

If it was with my 16 year old daughter, hell yeah,i dont care what state i live in!!! why would you want to have sex with a person that is only 16 and still in high school when you are grown and should be out on your own!! and also i think you mean if they BOTH want to????? look at your question!!

yes. The 22 year could go to jail. It doesen't matter if you want it or not. It's still against the law.

Yes sir - and depends on your state, but in mine, if the parents press charges, that's years of prison! Even if it's just a guy and his girlfriend.

it is illegal until the parents agree with them and if the parents think its ok then your good to go!!! but on the other hand if you get caught the older of the two can be put in jail!!!
