Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to everyone...... then you can start. Look Keep in your mind as Interviewer not as male or female. Approach will be the same.

First of all, it is not wishing; it is greeting.

You just say good morning, good after-noon or good evening depending upon the time of your meeting the interviewer/s.

Just understand that greeting is not a ritual. It is common courtesy. Not meant to just impress your interviewers. Of course, when you greet them, it shows that you are cultured.

Irrespective of the number of persons on the panel and irrespective of the persons being male or female, you just say the greeting as I have mentioned in para (2).

It will be proper to wish them by saying " Hello Everyone " or Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening (depending on the actual time)

i think a good morning or afternoon to all and a nod to acknowledge to all of the interviewers in the room will do the job. the most impt is eye contact to all.
