Let's face it, we all say if they spoke better, acted better and were more industrious in the workplace that we would accept them so why do they continue to act in an unbecoming manner?

Denver has been without power for a week, under snow and blackout conditions, the west has had wild fires, the northeast has been flooded, why was no one blaming the government then and shooting each other for a pair of sneakers or a plasma TV? I say the reason is simple they had pride not to depend on the government for a penny.

No, people are responsible for racism. Every race is guilty of racism at some point or another, that's true to this day.
What you just said was a very racist generalized statement, so in this case you are responsible.

You need to think, my friend. Blacks in general are not responsible for racist whites feeling they're superior. Hell, if I wanted to be a real bytch, I could say confidently that i'm probably smarter than many whites I come into contact with in my suburban neighborhood but who cares right and I might be wrong.
Now, the problem, sir, is not blacks, but the leeches of society which come in all colors. To ignore the leeches in your own race only adds to the sickness that is affecting our country. They all need to be checked - not just the black lowlifes.
Now, while us middle class/lower middle class people are hating eachother, the rich are steadily robbing us of the nation's wealth. You think blacks are the problem? What about the 1% who own 90% of the country's wealth? You don't think that's a problem??
Don't you think instead of writing off an entire race, you may want to band together with the good of all races and demand retribution for how our government has treated us, along with corporate America? It's time for us to learn our real enemy and it's not eachother.
Sure, the rabid dogs of all our races need to be dealt with. They are filling our streets with disease and violence. But strangely, the most dispicable of places are the ones that are the poorest. This goes for all low income neighborhoods - white and black.
Focus on the real problem and you'll find more allies. Dividing us like this will only cause our eventual demise - all of us.

It's a social thing. What about so called "white trash"? They, too, act in an offensive and somewhat unproductive manner. It's all in the training and upbringing. Don't label. That is a form of racisim. I think racism is more of a feeling of being against a certain group of society and that the color doesn't necessarily matter. I think, for example, that Oprah Winfrey even for all her good works, is a racist. She definitely favors blacks over whites and she especially seems to leave out old white women. I am serious!

People like you sound so ignorant that it's really a waste of time and energy to get upset. I refuse to give you that sort of power. The problem with society is that everybody looks at things as a white and black thing which it's not. Because when we bleed we all bleed the same blood. When we die we will all turn back into the dust from where we were created from. So instead of taking so much time out of your schedule to focus on a another race or orgin focus on yourself and the things that you can make better or change.

The black leaders are on the spot anywhere they can get publicity and make an incident racist whether it was or not. The blacks are more responsible for racism than any other group.

this attitude of urs!! this is racism. the whites blame the blacks and asians for racism. blacks blame the whites . asians too blame the whites. so who is the real culprit? it is our mentality that is the real culprit. black or brown or yellow skin is never a reason to feel inferior to others, especially the whites. having a fair skin is never a license to treat others like dirt.

Because of the popular media. Black youth are conditioned to believe that if you are successful in society your a "sell out" and are "not black enough". In the black culture in the US if you get rich by any other way than Sports, Music, or Crime, your an Oreo.
