No, they will blame Bush. Demoncrats never have to work again or take blame for anything ever again because they will try to blame Bush for decades to come.

No dear. I'm afraid you have him confused (again) with Bush. If you do just a little research, you'd be surprised to learn that Clinton tried on several occasions (nearly every time congress met!) to go after terrorist cells and was voted against........every time with the exception of Somalia; A mission that was only to provide food.
