Nasik is a developing city which is 188 kms from Mumbai.
There are many trains from Mumbai to Nasik. Superfast Trains take 3.5 hrs to reach Nasik Road(12 kms from Nasik City)

Take a taxi from Dadar tt, 150/ Rupees per passenger, distance 185 k.m. fastest and best, unless you want to travel by train, all long distance trains on the central line pass through Nasik.

To reach there board the special tourist buses from Dadar to Shirdi
There are also tourist buses from Wadala, Chembur, Vashi and Panvel upto Shirdi

Dadar is the most suitable Railway Station from domestic airport to go to Nashik. You can take a taxi from the the domestic airport to Dadar. Alternatively, you can go to Vile Parle Railway Station, which is near to the airport and take a suburban train to Dadar. You can reach Dadar from airport within 30 to 45 minutes.
