Depends on the person we're talking about. There was one yonega gal in college who everyone thought was so "cultured" because of the accent, but didn't have half a brain in her head. I don't know why people associate an accent with culture, it's idiotic to do so. But there are some solid British people as well that I know.

First and foremost, those hot English accents. But secondly British people have a fun and blatently honest attitude.
The irony is that British people love to take the piss out of Americans.

people always like those who are different. Most people love different accents whether italian or french or english.
