The 1945 is kind of rare in Mint State 64 or Mint State 65 with full split bands. Dealers bid is around $4,600 in MS-64 to $8,000 in MS-65. If it doesn't have full split bands, then it is worth $10 in MS-64 to $17 in MS-65. See A coin dealer and if he say it is as you say, have him send it to PCGS or NGC to be professionally graded. That way you maybe able to get even more for it. As I said, they are rare and if you look close with a magnifier you may see it indeed does not have full split bands, or if it does, grades lower. Good luck

Depending upon its condition & its mint mark, the dime could be worth anywhere from 50 cents up to $100. As for a "full split band", on the back of the dime you will see a torch like thing ( but it is NOT a torch, I simply can't think of its name right now... sorry ) on that torch like thing that are two bands. These bands run across it and need to be complete and not worn off to be worth anything. : ) Happy Collecting.

hi!! sorry to break the news, but a 1945 in a mint state of 66, which is very high is only worth about $35.00 check for mint marks, there is a micro "s" but still doubt if its in that price range. have fun
