Black n Decher stainless steel, perminent filter, I have tried water, bleach, vinegar, water over and over then ran hot sriing water and such for days then just water about 10 times. The pot is immaculate (baking soda and viinegar) No matter what I do the whole thing smells like bad water or something ANY OTHER CLEANERS? ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ? It is 2 years old and has hardlt been used. Thanks

They have cleaner especially for coffee maker. You can find it at just about any stores such as Meijer or Kmart in the coffee maker section.

Hmmm - don't know . . .

If you've cleaned the water reservoir, the carafe , and the permanent filter, and I assume running vinegar thru the machine -- you appear to have attacked any potential area which may cause the smell.

However, if your carafe is one of those insulated models (thermos-like), then some of your coffee may have seeped between the glass liner, and the carafe body.
You would have to disassemble the carafe to clean this area.

Throw it away and buy a new one.
