Not really sure wht's going to happen with him being suspended and stuff.

They showed that he apologized to Tritter... that's not House. It seems a bit weird to me since House doesn't apologize for anyone or anything. Probably some trickery on the commercial.

found some spoilers:

January 8, 2007: - a site visitor sent us a link to a Variety article that said that "Rocker Dave Matthews has signed to appear in an episode of Fox's 'House.'":
"In the episode, set to air in March, Matthews will play a savant who was hit by a bus when he was 10. The accident affected his mental development but suddenly gave him the ability to play the piano flawlessly despite never having taken a lesson.

"Dr. House (Hugh Laurie) is brought in after the virtuoso begins suffering seizures and the character's father (Kurtwood Smith) must decide whether to cure the impairment -- and lose his son's musical gift.

"The episode marks the directorial debut of 'House' exec producer Katie Jacobs." (plus more)
• December 28, 2006: "BladeKnight" posted on the Television Without Pity's House Forum:
Spoiler for Needle in a Haystack
"House pulls into the snow covered parking lot to find that a white wheel chair accessable van is in his handicapped parking spot. Naturally this makes him irritated so his first mission of the day is to find out who it belongs to. He's told it's owned by a new researcher whose name is Julie Whitner. Chase asks if she's hot. Anyway, House finds her in her lab - in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the waist down. She and House get into a snarky banter about his space needing to be close to the entrance because his leg hurts if he has to walk too far. She argues that because she's in a wheelchair, SHE needs to be closer to the front entrance. House sarcastically points out that all she has to do is push a little button on her chair propel it forward, so how hard can that be.

"House decides to use a wheelchair himself to try and get Cuddy to give him his parking space back. Naturally Wilson needles House that he is humiliting himself by doing so, including a scene in the bathroom where House has the wheelchair in a stall and Wilson tells him not to stand up because he's watching his feet. Heh.

"House and Julie have a few other snarky exchanges, including one that has House lamenting his ability to look down Cuddy's blouse, now that he's shorter than she is. Julie agrees that yes, Cuddy has nice ones. House retorts that she isn't going to win him over that easily. So, House is in the wheelchair to get his parking spot back, but he seems to be enjoying it, much to everyone's chagrin.

"He does run over some patrons toes and has a hallway wheelchair rumble with Julie"

Someone will be admitted to the hospital with a long list of otherwise vague symptoms that could be any number of obscure but frightening and possibly deadly diseases. After several misses, House will happen upon the real cause, which, compared to all of the other guesses thrown out there, will actually be relatively benign and completely and easily treatable.
