am at work and i have slight cramps, any suggestions? and also, how is it that sometime i get alot of cramps/pain and sometimes i dont get any at all? something wrong with me? this has been hapening for a few months now, but b4 that i was gettin pain all the time, is it normal for it to all of a sudden change? it also does not last long anymore, which am happy for but i jus wanna kno if its normal, has this happen to anyone?

It is perfectly normal. Cramps and their intensity can change with age, stress level, heaviness of flow, and many other things.

As far as the cramps at work. You can go to a private place and do some stretches, or ask someone for some advil. If they are mild I wouldn't worry too much, but try to remember to bring some advil (or your chosen OTC pain reliever) to work with you during that time of the month =)

Take some midol, and cramps aren't supposed to be the same every time.

yeah i have similar prob, go to docs and explain, they can have a look at you and maybe refer you to gynae. i'm under the gynae at the mo. hope you get sorted.
but in meantime, when you have cramps, a hot water bottle is brill and lots choc!!!

u must take sport, like jogging it's help u resolve your cramps
