shana k, I'm sorry that my question bothered you. The best thing to do is to ignore questions which upset you for any reason. Best wishes,

Hmm...several problems really...my health, my being out of work and far from the man I love.

Solutions: Move. this will bring me closer to my bf, close to my family, to a new environment where hopefully my health will improve and where I will know people and may be able to get work :D

As for controlling negative thoughts...it's hard at times. But with the love of my bf and my family and their encouragement I push on.

Right now I'm questioning if I'm headed in the right direction with my life. I always thought I was doing the right thing but lately I'm not so sure. I haven't quite come up with a solution yet but I'm working on it. As for negative thoughts, I usually talk to my fiance about what I'm thinking. Once it's out in the open, I always feel better.

I'm getting older (finally!!) and my mind is on that home stretch!!
I want to get over the fence where it's safe. Eternity is a long time.
I also worry that this Answers game is just that----a game. But you sound sincere and like someone I wish I could talk to. My negative thoughts? I have to catch the little b******* first!! Then I simply tell myself I'm being negative and try to do something else to keep my mind off of negative things. I don't want ulcers.

Honestly...I look at my problems, as if "like a puzzle." I wait and see if I can put all the pieces together which result in my answer or solving the puzzle. (My pieces are thoughts and perspectives on both sides of the equation.) It is important to me to be honest and fair with my issues. Sometimes, I don't get the answers I wanted. But, I get closure from the experience.
