It's Felicity Wishes. I got a copy for my little girl yday and she loves it. It costs £3 fortnightly and the 1st issue comes with a free doll and the next one comes with an outfit. Well worth the money to see her so happy.

I do not know of one with a free doll, but I think you could enter parenting or children's magazine on the internet and find it.

The only Children's (for children) magazines I know of are Nick and Highlights other than the one's they get at school.

Parenting, Parents, Working Mom, Good Housekeeping and such have the other things you mention.

If I find it, I will write back.
