Troy Smith is not a good prospect to be a pro QB. If anyone takes him in the first round, I would be very surprised. He has had a marvelous college career against mostly poor Big 10 teams. He looks like the Randle-El type player to me. The young man is a great story and a good athlete, but not a pro QB. I was surprised that Ohio States record against the SEC in bowl games is now 0-8. The hype was deafening this year, too bad the Buckeyes did not live up to the hype.

I was totally disappointed in how the Buckeyes played. They looked so overmatched by the Gators. As for Troy Smith, he made a couple of mistakes that made him look like a real rookie. But he had to have his defense play-they were terrible. The Gators walked all over them. Congratulations to the Gators, but I am still a Buckeye fan!

At one time I thought Troy Smith would be right up there with Jamarcus Russell as the possible top QB picked, but after last night, he may not be taken in the top 4 QB's. I know for sure Jamarcus and Brady Quinn would be my choices over him. That was total domination in its best form.

I do not believe one game a player makes, One thing he will have to do is have a good tryout in Indianapolis before the NFL draft.
he still has plenty of accomplishments and some ways to go because there is a big difference how one plays in college and pros.

That was the worst I have ever seen a Heismen trophy winner play in a big game like that, I think his stock dropped so far that he may not be taken in the 2nd round. That Game was Pathetic

Florida is one of the fastest defenses in the Nation.. Troy didnt have a chance on his back... they underestimated the SEC once again...
