Whichever one makes you feel more comfortable and you think you can have the most success there. Harvard does you no good if you're miserable there and doing poorly. It's also not the most prestigious in every field.

I think Johns Hopkins if you want a more specialized education, or more specific one. Johns Hopkins is like, BASED on research. You get to do a lot more hands on there. And if you want to pursue a career in healthcare (like be a doctor) then johns hopkins, totally. People recognize Johns Hopkins for how specialized they are. Otherwise, you might as well go to Harvard, because although Harvard is very general, they ARE an Ivy League and they are worldwide known. Just don't forget that Johns Hopkins is known worldwide too :)
