I am taking Seasonique, where you have periods every 3 months & we don't want to wait 3 more months.

Just stop taking them. You'll probably have some bleeding, but that will pass after a week or two and then you are good to go. Bear in mind, most couples take 6-12 months to get pregnant so don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen right away. Good Luck

you are going to have to let nature take it's course, but I would stop taking it now. You should have a cycle once you stop.

I stopped taking the pill when we started talking about having another child. I thought it would take a while to get out of my system. Well, I was pregnant that month! That's why you take the pill everyday, because it only lasts a day.

a lot of women have to wait a cycle before they can get pregnant while others get pregnant on the pill, why not just stop taking them now and see what happens, have your period then see what happens. you don't have to finish a pack just stop taking them (usually you'll alter your cycle but yours will be off anyways b/c you only have it once every 3 months which isn't regular anyways.

No, since the drug is still in your system, you may want to wait for about 6 months for all to be gone out of your system. Or you could end up with a deformality type baby.

Look at it this way, keep practicing so you can make sure, your pregnant.

Whether you don't want to wait 3 more months or not, you're not going to get pregnant immediately, until the drugs in your pill are out of your system. I would finish your current pack if I was you so as not to confuse your body and throw your whole cycle out of kilter.

Well, I was Orthotricyclen, and I quit my pack mid-month and became pregnant in the second month of trying. So, in my case, that was certainly true. I don't know anything about the kind of birth control you are referring to, but I don't see why not. Your cycle may be pretty messed up until you get pregnant, but I would check with you ObGyn to get his/her opinion as well. Good luck and congrats on your decision to have a little one! They are truly wonderful!

you have to wait at least a month after taking birth control pills before even trying, use condoms until the month is up. you can cause birth defects otherwise. talk to your doctor for specific info, don't just stop them and try to get pregnant

If you have decided to start trying stop the pill right away. It could take a while for it to get out of your system so don't expect to get pregnant right away.

Talk to your doctor first before making any decisions I think you might have to wait a while till it was all out of your system.
