How do you create your own web page can anybody help me with any prograns I mgiht need?

I very much agree with the first answer, but I never use anything but Notepad and VIM.
Well... Photoshop or The Gimp for graphics.

The absolute easiest way to make a website is to go with a free service like www.geocities.com and use their free software.
But if you want high end, professional grade websites, then you need to go and buy Macromedia's Dreamweaver suite, and pay for a domain.

First you need to acquire space on internet. then some website building applications for building. such as MS Frontpage, Dreamweaver, OpenOffice, Adobe Photoshop, Flash etc.
