Yes they did, but after USC blew out Michigan I thought that OSU would have a rough time with Florida's wide open system. The Big 10 doesn't play teams that run spread offense effectively and that is what Florida did to OSU and USC did to Michigan.

LOL, gators meant NOTHING. The only problem was that Ohio State meant less. Gators - congrats on winning the trophy, but you did not deserve it. I am not even that much of an Ohio State fan but I do follow football. Ohio State looked like the Browns out there and you know it. It looked as if Troy Smith had been paid off to throw the game, he fumbled the ball at the five, he would run back thirty yards and not throw the ball away when he saw pressure...I mean come on you guys. Even Florida's own player said they had played tougher teams...but guess what...every single one of those tougher teams Ohio State has beat. You guys dont deserve to be so excited over that trophy...we came out playing the worst game we had ever played, and for that I'm certain Ohio State doesn't deserve it, but just know that you may have the trophy but it wasn't a hard fought game, it wasn't because of fast defenses or different formations...there is only one explanation, and that is that Ohio State didn't play. Good job gators - maybe one day you'll play the true Ohio State football team.

i been saying it for a while. troy smith is overrated and shouldn't be there. he got the heismann and never worried about the team. i guess he will get big money in the NFL.
florida did play good,but i have to say the bucks were not playing at all.
