I use the Jet Audio Player. CNET.com / download.com have a good write-up on it. Start the Jet Audio player, click " record". It will bring up the recording options, choose your sound card (it defaults to it) and click on the box for "What U Hear". Click "start" to start recording then "stop" to stop recording. This will record everything from your sound card. Basicically if you can hear it on your pc, you can record it.

There is a program that's really easy to get hold of. Type "Free Hi-Q recorder" in google. You'll find some links to a program download that's great, and saves files as mp3's . I use for internet radio sometimes,

Umm, you can use the default sound recorder on your pc, and put the input as your pc sound, so whatever sound is on the pc it will record, or get a program that allows you to do that..

click on the link, and you'l see a program, if you want a free program and then search on google..
