Depending on how old you are, you should apply to all your local clubs asking for trials. If your under 18 you will try out for their academy, if your over 18 and get through trials you would probably be sent out on loan to some team in the conf.

Start as a kid playing in the kiddy league. Then just graduate up the ranks until a talent scout sees you. Hey presto you're a pro.
