If you are absolutely certain tell her and right away, how can you not? How would she feel if she found out you knew and didn't tell her??? The sooner the better. Now what she does with the info after you tell her is up to her, just tell her you trust her to do whatever is best for her about the whole thing that way if she wants to forgive him she won't feel like you are going to judge her about it.
Tough situation, I'm sorry her husband put you both in this position. Sounds like you care about your sister. It would be really hard for me not to want to kick his you know what, not that that would solve anything, he should have cared enough about his wife to be true!

Say, "if your best friend's husband was cheating would you tell her?" If she says yes, then spit it out. Or, tell her you love her very much and don't want her to get hurt and you're sure that her husband is cheating. Or, set it up where she will catch him. Or, send her an anonymous tip, or better yet, pictures.

First of all, do you communicate with your sister? The reason i ask you that question is that some brother and sister do not communicate. If you communicate a lot with her then i think that it will be wise for you to tell. Remember you must show some proof of evidence.

Don't - when a husband cheats, a woman knows. If your sister wants to do something about it, she will. Until then, respect her decision and stay out of it.

This is something to stay out of, she won't appreciate it coming from you, you can go to bro in law and let him know tht he either cut it off, tell your sister, or you are going to put him on blast at the next family gathering

tell her, straight out. but dont bring it up again. because if you know he's cheating, she knows it too. she lives with him and knows him better than you. she will leave when she's ready, or when he dumps her for the other woman. but get it off your conscience and wash your hands of the situation

Prehaps ur sister knew it already. Try talking to her see whether she knows about it anot. But if she dunnoe , i think eu should tell her. But not too straightforward.
