Sweetie,she simply needs to eat more calories than she burns.If you want to loose weight you eat less carlories so that your body burns them off,its exactly the opposite.She does not necessarily,have to eat things that arent good for her,as in the long run it may do more damage than good.She can continue to eat,healthy foods,but just make sure they add up to more calories than she burns.She still needs to exercise,she just needs to make sure she eats more calories than she burns when she exercises.Good luck,and have a good day.

exercise (run, swim) to get a bigger appetite, but do not exceed and do not sweat too much. pasta and healthy foods will do the rest. avoid too many sweets and fats!
