Has anyone experience major health problems because of toulene exposure in the workplace? Dizziness, vertigo, loss of vision, seizures, headaches and brain damage? I know a few people who have major medical issues with this and what I would like to know if anyone has every sued the company they worked for because of this? Did the company and OSHA take measures to protect you in the workplace? How did you fare in the lawsuit? I would like to know if it would be worth it to sue? Two members of my family are suffering greatly because of this, and I want to do something about it.

Toulene exposure is usually experienced by people working in auto painting and fingernail polish manufacturing. The success of a law suit would probably be predicated upon how they were exposed and if they followed company guidelines for working in that environment. If the company didn't provide adequate evntilation or have a respiratory protection program in place they would have a good chance of winning.

They should contact a lawyer to look at the facts of the case.
