Can i download tv shows from a dvr dish sistem to my computer?

If you have a video capture card and the right software you can hook it up to one of the outputs from the dvr.

I don't think you can do it without a slingshot.

It is a box that allows you to watch your Tivo programs on your phone or from your computer
