My kids made me yell. I was stressed out and it was a grumpy yell. But all is okay now.

frustration made me not yell but more of a whimper. I work w/the public so yelling is not allowed but in my mind I am screaming all sorts of things.
My personal life is quiet so no need to yell.

Grumpy yell. Our dog, Bud, was in one of his protective/what's that noise moods on Sunday and he barked at everything. Drove me nuts. I finally blew and yelled at him at which point he looked severely wounded so I had to kiss up. Then he barked some more.
