Someone has pointed out that I am looking slightly bigger than I was before the christmas break, do you think I should leave the fried bread off the menu today to lose a few pounds before the summer? My BMI is 442.

I think you should try to cut back on the goodies. Like try some healthy foods, perhaps your comfortable with your self but a little loss could go a long way, a visit to the doctor is advised.

No diets never work but if you get dressed you might warm up enough to sweat some of the weight off.
