Sure you can, but it may not be advisable depending on where you live. Here in Michigan you wouldn't want to ride a moped for most of the winter because of lousy riding conditions (very cold, wet or icy roads, snow or fog causing limited visibility, etc.) Running a moped in weather conditions like this should not harm it or affect how it runs; it's more of a safety issue.

I seriously would not recommend it! If its cold out side the wind is going to be extremely cold so that means extra clothing.With all that extra clothing that will hinder you ability to move on the bike. On a small moped this it very important for you because you have to be cautious of the people in cars that have limited visibility of you and to add your inability to see them spells disaster!!!

Yeppers, you sure can. My hubby rides his Harley Nighttrain year round. Except when it is icy obviously. Just get you some warm gear to wear, and dont forget your helmet!
