Can anyone help me? Ive played all the other age of empires & mythology games but the Expansion The Titans is giving me a hard time...Im getting stuck in worlds and cant move anywhere? Theres people there but I cant kill them? Am I doing something wrong?

No, sometimes my game does the exact same thing. I think it may be my computer but, I don't have problems on the internet. Maybe your graphics card isn't up to date or your hard drive needs to be defraged.
